Builder's 3-D CAD Quantity take-off Software.

Enter the construction materials and prices into the BEAMS database and then open Estimator CAD.
From single line inputs a 3-D fully surfaced CAD model is created. Never has roof estimation been so easy
- simply click on the corners of the building and a complete 3-D roof is created with all the timber defined to
exact lengths. Press the Annotate Timber button and a fully annotated roof plan is created. Press the Estimate
Output button and everything you have drawn is output to the Estimation module

Builder's Cost Estimation Software.

Contained within the Estimating system is a complete price file, which can be updated directly by disk from
your supplier. You can automatically import quantities directly from Estimator CAD and perform any manual
adjustments or additions or you can create an estimate directly from within the estimation module.
Estimating is now fast and easy, simply select the material from the price file, add the quantity and click BUILD.
All related records are automatically calculated and entered into the estimate, eg. 2000 bricks will require sand,
cement, bricklayer, cleaning, cartage etc. For Estimators who provide estimates for Builders BEAMS offers the
facility of outputting and inputting to and from disk, allowing the Builder the option of editing records directly.

Builder's Contract Schedules and Purchasing Software.

Estimates can be converted into a contract with all data transferred from the original estimate.
This data can then be edited, leaving the original estimate intact. The contract is automatically scheduled from
start to finish. This schedule is extremely comprehensive and incorporates all on site activities and progress
claims. Schedules can be updated at any time allowing for delays etc. Contract variations automatically update
purchase orders when variations are confirmed.

Builder's Accounts Software.

The system advises the user when progress payments are due for issue. Crediting claims or entering debts
automatically updates the cashbook balance. Invoices can be posted at any time, it is no longer necessary
to complete one months work before commencing the next. Transactions are recorded against the relevant job
and can be tracked during its construction with variances shown. The system caters for PPS payments with
the generation of complete taxation reports. Superannuation and wages are also as simple as the click of a
button. All financial transactions are cross linked with the general ledger, automatically providing the user with
up to date reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash flow Projections, Cashbook, Trial Balance
